Floating Features – Cinema on the Bay

Imagine watching a movie out on the Bay with the bridges, skylines and hills as the backdrop.

Floating Features is back! Red and White and The Roxie are partnering once again to turn our hybrid vessel Enhydra into a floating cinema for a limited run of nighttime film cruises on the Bay!

Join us for a 2-hour twilight cruise on San Francisco Bay and a feature film handpicked by the Roxie. Our electric vessel means no engine noise and a truly one of a kind movie experience with the amazing views of the Bay and San Francisco skyline all around.

Both indoor and outdoor seating are available, and the film will play on screens throughout the vessel. A full cocktail bar with drinks and snacks complete the experience. Ticket price includes complimentary popcorn and hot drinks (coffee, hot chocolate or tea).

Top Gun

Tom Cruise’s cocky novice pilot must grow up and hone his chops as a fighter ace while wooing flight instructor Kelly McGillis and bumping heads with hard-as-nails rival Val Kilmer. The first of several megawatt collaborations between Jerry Bruckheimer and director Tony Scott, TOP GUN was the perfect American action film for the 1980s.

October 29 + October 30, at 8:15p

After Barbara (Geena Davis) and Adam Maitland (Alec Baldwin) die in a car accident, they find themselves stuck haunting their country residence, unable to leave the house. When the unbearable Deetzes (Catherine O’Hara, Jeffrey Jones) and teen daughter Lydia (Winona Ryder) buy the home, the Maitlands attempt to scare them away without success. Their efforts attract Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton), a rambunctious spirit whose “help” quickly becomes dangerous for the Maitlands and innocent Lydia.

Vessel departs from Pier 43 1/2 and will return approximately 30 minutes after the end of the film.
