With the ascendancy of digital, Polaroid announced it would stop manufacturing instant cameras and film in 2008. Instant Dreams tells the story of a group of scientists who are trying to unravel the chemical formula of Polaroid and the users that eagerly await its rebirth. Each in their own way tries to keeps their instant dream alive. Go on a hallucinatory trip to discover the medium’s colorful, pioneering past through its miraculous analogue resurgence in the Instagram age.
