In this, the 7th film in the WHISTLER series (and the final one to star Richard Dix) and one of only two to feature him in a sympathetic role, Dix stars as Steve Reynolds, owner of a trucking firm who finds himself in a tightly constructed frame-up after the cop who’s a rival for the affections of his girlfriend is found murdered.
