Welcome to the Synesthesia Film Festival!
This is a once a night monthly film festival that screens independent short films, student films, web series, documentaries, music videos, experimental films and animations from around the world.
The goal is to bring an eclectic mix of media and filmmakers together to mingle, share ideas, and collaborate on future projects.
The screening night starts at 6:30 PM in the lobby where the filmmakers, writers, producers, directors, actors, and editors of the short films can get to know each other.
Then the show begins at 7:00 PM and ends at 9:00 PM, followed by a short Q&A with the key filmmakers.
Afterparty at 9:30 PM down the street at a local bar or restaurant where we will tally up the scores and announce the winners of the Audience Choice Awards.
The 2014 San Francisco Transgender Film Festival (SFTFF) returns to the Roxie for its 13th annual film festival. A stellar collection of transgender and gender variant shorts

Want to make movies? TV? Join the Cinema Department and the Broadcast Electronic Media Arts Departments of City College of San Franciso at our one-night festival! Students from these departments are coming together to curate two different programs of the best of each department, so not only is this a showcase of their work, but they put on the festival as well! If this year is anything like last year it will be a blast, with plans for a free after party! 7pm and 8:45pm, remember, two different programs!
